EEC|CCNY highschool student, Yoo Shin, places as finalist in international science competition for research on food waste
Congratulations to Yoo Shin who is a finalist in the International Sustainable World (Engineering Energy Environment) Project (ISWEEEP) Olympiad for his research on food waste, which he conducted at EEC|CCNY last summer under the mentorship of Professor Castaldi and Research Associate Mike Lugo. Yoo Shin will be going to Houston, Texas to present his research for the finals of the international competition. Yoo Shin also won 2nd place in the poster competition of the Westchester Science and Engineering Fair (WESEF). Great job Yoo Shin!
