Former Deputy Commissioner of DEP, Jim Roberts, visits EEC|CCNY

Former Deputy Commissioner of NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Jim Roberts, visited EEC|CCNY to see current lab activities and projects at the center.  D.C. Roberts was the head of the Bureau of Water and Sewer Operations for NYC DEP and retired this past year.  He has been enthusiastic of the research conducted by the students at EEC|CCNY and has been encouraging of future collaborations between EEC|CCNY and the City of New York in the areas of sustainable waste management.
