Student from Ossining High School joins EEC|CCNY team to research organic food waste for Regeneron Science Fair Competition

Sophomore high school student, Yoo Shin Tanei, from Ossining High School has recently joined the EEC|CCNY research team.  Yoo Shin will conduct research this next year at EEC|CCNY for his Intel Science Fair project.  The topic of his research will be quantifying the impact of moisture on the energy content of food waste.  The EEC|CCNY team is happy to have Yoo Shin join the team and looks forward to the findings he makes in his research.
