EEC|CCNY begins study sponsored by LabUSA on changes in marine scrubber emissions regulations
EEC|CCNY Research Associate, Annette Scotto, is leading a new study sponsored by LabUSA to understand new changes to sulfur emissions regulation for marine scrubbers. The recent reduction of sulfur emissions standards by MARPOL and EPA means that the naval industry will have to use low sulfur fuels and/or modify their scrubber systems. Annette has been with the EEC team for 1 year and is a senior in the Environmental Science and Engineering (ESE) program at CCNY.
